Accessibility statement

Goal

The goal is for this site to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. It currently meets the requirements in part, and the known limitations are listed below.

How accessibility was assessed

The site code has been reviewed against the WCAG 2.2 AA criteria, text contrast ratios have been calculated and the site has been tested with a keyboard in Chrome. No external audit, automated testing or screen reader testing has been done yet.

What has been done

• A skip link to the main content and a clear heading structure • A visible focus indicator on all interactive elements • Text contrast of at least 4.5:1 • Visible labels and text error messages in forms • Reduced motion following the device setting • A button to pause the example animation • Menu and filter buttons at least 44 pixels tall on phones

Known limitations

• The content of the error page (404) appears only after JavaScript has loaded. • The example animation is illustration. The same information is given as text next to it. • Booking (Calendly) and cookie settings (CookieYes) are third-party services whose accessibility I can't control.
