Automation assessment

Know what to automate first

The assessment finds where time is being wasted and which automation gives you the biggest benefit at the lowest risk.

A good fit if

  • you know there's too much manual work, but not where to start
  • you want an estimate of the benefits before committing to a build
  • you need grounds for a decision or for your management

What you get

  • A two-hour remote workshop
  • A written report on your five best automation candidates
  • A time-saving estimate for each candidate
  • A roadmap: what to do first and why

How it goes

  1. Workshop

We go through the current workflows with the people who do the work.

  2. Analysis

I assess the candidates by benefit, risk and effort.

  3. Report

You get a written report and we go through it together.

Price

from €590 + VAT 25.5%

The final price is agreed as a fixed price before work begins.

Example scenario

In a ten-person company, orders, invoices and reports all pass through Excel by hand. The assessment shows the biggest time sink is copying orders between systems, and the report says what to do about it first.

An illustrative example, not a client project.

Frequently asked questions

Is the assessment credited if we go ahead with a build?

Yes. The fee is credited if you order the build within three months.

Do we need to prepare anything?

It is enough that someone who does the work joins the workshop. No diagrams or documents are needed.

What if automation isn't worth it?

Then the report says so. That is a valuable result too, because no money goes to the wrong target.
