We agree that together: for example on a schedule on a server or in a cloud service, or run by hand when needed.
What if the script is run twice by accident?
It is built so that a re-run creates no duplicates and breaks nothing already done.
Who maintains the script later?
With the documentation, your own IT person or IT partner can maintain it. You can also agree maintenance with me.
